01. COnnection
Just fill out the contact form, and we’ll reach out within 24 hours with all the details about our packages!
Before officially booking, we’ll connect to get to know each other, talk or text through your vision and plans, and help you choose the perfect package.
After that, we’ll send over the contract,
and once it’s signed and the 25%
non-refundable deposit is paid — your date
will be officially reserved!
02. Preparation
After booking, we move on to the preparation stage! You will receive a detailed guide on all stages of the process, useful planning materials, assistance in creating a timeline for the day, and plenty of inspiration.
Our goal is to make the preparation process as comfortable and clear as possible for you.
We will discuss all the details together, take your wishes into account, and advise you
on how to best organize the shooting day
so that your story looks stylish, harmonious, and full of life.

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?
How many hours of coverage do i need for my wedding video?
We recommend between 8-10 hours of coverage. That includes everything from prep to the send-off at the end of the night. We can also cover rehearsal dinners or engagement sessions for more great content!
How you can book a date?
Usually, a deposit of 25% due at signing of this agreement, 25% for the next 2 months, after the signing of this contract, the balance is paid one week before the wedding day. Accepted methods of payment are Zelle (5044098468), Venmo @VitaliiChapala, check or cash. But we are willing to consider a payment option that is convenient for you.
How many videographers will be at my wedding?
One cinematographer is indicated in the packages, but if you want to take, for example, a second cinematographer to the ceremony in order to capture more moments and views of guests, we suggest taking a second cinematographer, the price will be from $1000
Do you film the full ceremony, first dances, and other important events?
Yes! These are once-in-a-lifetime kind of moments, so we film it all.
Do we take travel fee?
Usually, travel fee is not taken, but you need to agree on a date and location in advance.
Do you offer longer videos, aside from just highlights?
Yes, we offer full documentary films, ceremony films, rehearsal dinner speeches, etc. Just reach out and we’ll send some examples!
